Nutritional Therapy for Menopause is a 4-week introduction to integrative nutrition, based on the foundations taught by the Nutritional Therapy Association. Nutritional Therapy for Menopause will turn around your menopausal symptoms with nutrition and lifestyle practices that are proven to improve health by supporting body systems with foods, herbal remedies and lifestyle practices.
This program will guide you through a diet refresh and the basics of nutritional therapy with whole foods, herbs and lifestyle practices to improve digestion, blood sugar balance, thyroid function, hydration and the importance of minerals, stress and stress support as well as menopause specific symptom relief suggestions including low energy, bone loss, poor digestion, hot flashes, brain fog, hair loss, vaginal dryness, low libido, supporting your liver and detoxifying endocrine disruptors.
