The Alabaster Jar is a journey into the world of Sacred Oils and the art of spiritual adornment. How to use the oils and ritual enactments take you into the ancient wisdom and practices of the Myrrhophore. Myrrhophore are priestesses of the sacred oils, the application of sacred plants applied ritually for spiritual connection and upliftment. To apply Sacred Oils is a prayer in itself. They enliven our senses and connect us with the spiritual essence of the plants. Although the myrrh tree comes to mind with the word Myrrhophore, each plant has its own gifts. Enter the temple of the Sacred Oils for your personal devotional practice and join the women who have preserved this tradition since ancient times.
The Alabaster Jar program follows the path of Venus in the sky and her meetings with the moon each month. Each month we will gather to anoint in devotional practice aligned with Venus throughout the year working with Seven Sacred Oils although additional oils may be added to the program depending on your preference and alignment with Venus in both your natal chart and pre-natal location of the Venus Star Point – the pioneering work of Arielle Guttman. We will be working with Venus’s phases and her alignment with both the sun and the moon.
Interpretation of Venus in the natal chart, Venus Star Point and current cycle are the foundation of our journey and included in the program.
We will journey with her, invoking the goddess as she travels through the zodiac, changing her energies as she moves each month.
This is a year long, ongoing program although you can join anytime.
Program Cost – Venus Star Point session plus monthly subscription to The Alabaster Jar – $100 plus $20/monthly. Venus Star Point session is required to join the program although you can request a Venus Star Point reading by itself, exclusive of The Alabaster Jar program membership is a subscription of $20 each month
