Menopause doesn’t have to be scarey. It is a transformational process that connects us with our inner wisdom. With good nutrition and lifestyle it can be the best time of your life.
Work with me includes one 2 hour zoom session with slideshows to refresh your nutrition and lifestyle habits. You will uncover goals to improve your health and well-being by working on your most important intentions. You may wish to: improve sleep, mood, libido, support bone density, reduce hot flashes, inflammation and other symptoms.
With Nutritional Therapy evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle suggestions I can support you to take control of your life and live it. I will be with you to hold you accountable to make your intentions, your actions. You will also have access to a resource library with handouts, email and messaging.
Each session is $75
Session #2 is a deeper dive into nutrition, lifestyle and symptoms and check-in on what you have accomplished and where to go forward.
Follow-ups are $20 – $45 a session after Session #2
